EXCHANGE POLICY

Before proceeding with an exchange for any Label Pankhuri jewellery piece, we invite you to pause and admire the artistry that goes into each piece. Many of our offerings are crafted by skilled artisans in Jaipur, resulting in individuality and subtle variations in each item, including the stones used.

Please be aware of these unique qualities when considering an exchange. Rest assured, we subject all our products to rigorous quality control procedures prior to shipment to ensure your utmost satisfaction.

EXCHANGE ELLIGIBILITY

Exchanges will only be considered under the following circumstances:-

1.Damage in Transit: If your order arrives damaged during transit, we will gladly facilitate an exchange.

2.Incorrect Product: In the event that you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange for an exchange.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

To initiate an exchange, please adhere to the following guidelines:-

  1. Condition: Ensure that the product you wish to exchange is in its original, unworn condition with all the original packaging intact.
  2. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team with details of your order and the reason for exchange. You can find our contact information on our website.
  3. Return Authorization: Upon verifying your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for the exchange process.
  4. Exchange Process: Follow the provided instructions precisely to complete the exchange process. This typically includes returning the damaged or incorrect product to us.
  5. Product Replacement: In the event of an approved exchange, the damaged or incorrect product will be replaced with the same design of the product originally ordered.
  6. Timely Notification: You must inform us within 2 days of receiving your order by sending an email to labelpankhuri@gmail.com. Please include details of your order and the reason for exchange in your email.
  7. Photograph Requirement: Before we can process the exchange, you are required to send us a clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect product.
  8. Quality Control Assessment: Our Quality Control team will evaluate the provided photograph to determine whether the product meets the criteria for exchange. The decision to approve the return is at the discretion of Label Pankhuri’s Quality Control team.
  9. Return Window: Products are eligible for return within 2 days from the date of receiving the goods at your end, but only if the goods are found to be damaged or defective. No exchange will be allowed for other reasons.
  10. Notification Deadline: To initiate an exchange, you must inform us within two days of receiving the goods at your end.
  11. Once we receive your email notification and our Quality Control team approves the exchange, we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods from your location and return them to us.


ALTERNATIVE EXCHANGE OPTION

In situations where a product is deemed faulty, and an exact replacement of the same product is unavailable for exchange, Label Pankhuri is committed to providing a solution:-

If the same product is not available for exchange due to unavailability or discontinuation, Label Pankhuri will offer an exchange for a product of equal or greater value, maintaining the value you originally paid.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds from Label Pankhuri will be processed exclusively under the following conditions:-

Lost in Transit: In the unfortunate event of your package being lost during transit and not successfully delivered to you, we will investigate the matter. If it is confirmed that your package is indeed lost, we will process a refund for your order.

NON REFUNDABLE OR NON EXCHANGEABLE CONDITIONS

At Label Pankhuri, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. However, refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:-

  1. Incorrect or Outdated Delivery Address: Refunds will not be provided if the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or outdated.
  2. Incorrect Address Format: Any form of a P.O. Box address or an incorrect address format that results in delivery issues will not be eligible for refunds.
  3. Three Failed Delivery Attempts: After three unsuccessful delivery attempts by our respective courier agent, refunds will not be granted.
  4. Package Refused by Recipient: If the recipient refuses to accept the package, it will not be eligible for a refund.
  5. Sizing Issues: Please carefully review our size guide before making a purchase. Refunds will not be given for sizing issues. 
  6. Products Returned in Used or Damaged Condition: Products returned in a used or damaged condition are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  7. Minor Color and Design Variation: Since all our products are handcrafted and handmade, incorporating natural stones, minor color and design variations may occur compared to the photographs on our website. Such variations do not qualify for a refund or exchange. 
  8. Non-Faulty or Undamaged Jewelry: Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for jewelry items that are not faulty or damaged.
  9. Notification Deadline: To be eligible for an exchange, the customer must notify Label Pankhuri within two days of receiving the goods.
  10. Made-to-Order Cancellations: If a made-to-order request is placed and subsequently canceled by the customer, a 50% deduction of the product cost will be applied, and the balance will be refunded to the customer.
